Refunds and Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days in saleable condition and original packaging. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
