Delivery and Returns Information
At Baby Shower Centre UK we value your custom and know how important it is to have your items delivered on time. So we currently use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to send your orders. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 to post most items to UK mainland addresses. If your order totals over £50.00 you do not have to pay a delivery charge to a UK Mainland address. (Please note that you only get this free delivery if you have not used any other discount coupon code)We also offer UK Guranteed Next working day and UK Guranteed Saturday Deliveries. As you place items in your shopping basket, you will be able to chose the option that you prefer. Also, we welcome international customers and are happy to post to most countries outside the UK. Our website is automated to charge posting and packaging cost to the country that your order will be posted to. This charge will show up just before you check out. If in doubt, please email us: info@Babyshowercentre.co.uk and we will confirm the exact costs for you. Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed from Monday. We aim to deliver all your orders within 3 working days, stock permitting. If you will like to receive your order the next working day, ensure you select the appropriate posting option. When we are extremely busy or when some items are out of stock, your order may be delayed. In such cases, we will inform you via email or telephone and advice when you will receive you order. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days in saleable condition and original packaging. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
