Try this game: string matching ribbon on them and give one to every guest when they come in to the baby shower party. Then set a criteria; not to say the word 'Baby' or not to cross their legs. Anyone caught doing this will lose their safety pin to the guest who sees them. The guest with the most number of pins at the end of the baby shower is the winner.

You can also use these safety pins to play the 'Rice game'. Pour some uncooked rice into a medium sized bowl, pour in the safety pins and blindfold guests in turn to try to find the pins in a given time.  The guests who can find the most number of pins is the winner. This is such fun!
