1.  We always aim to dispatch your order REALLY fast! Most orders NOW  leave our warehouse on theSAME DAY!

2. Orders that do not leave on the same day are dipatched within 24 HOURS. (If we anticipate a further delay we will call your contact number to alert you)

Refunds and Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days in saleable condition and original packaging. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
