Refunds and Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days in saleable condition and original packaging. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. I was delighted when I received these baby shower favours after I had ordered them. They look great, they come ready-wrapped so you don't have to do anything, and they are personalised, so they tick a lot of boxes. They are also very well priced as compared to other favours out there. They are not the sturdiest of items but they are what you expect for the price. I would definitely recommend these. I gave these out at my baby shower and everyone loved them.
